Audrey Heller has been showing her distinctive and playful photos since 1996. Drawing from her training as a director and lighting designer for theater, and her love of overlooked details and visual puns, her body of work took shape. The little guys quickly found a big following.
There is something very familiar about the image of being tiny in a giant environment, and something inspiring, as well as humorous, about seeing such serious and industrious workers and explorers take on the daunting tasks that they face.

A native of Bellingham, WA, Illustrator Ben Mann has created a broad array of designs in his fifteen years of commercial work. From logos and menus to commercial products and stylized caricatures, Mann's degree from San Francisco's Academy of Art College has served him well. His favorite subject matter to depict? - Mankind. The subject gives me so much to work with.

Artist: Booty Boutique
I produce and sell original, one-of-a-kind and limited edition designed belt buckles. Metal belt buckle blanks are pre-made, as are all the "innards". The blanks are embellished with the innards consisting of a huge variety of beads, rhinestones, letters, pins/buttons, findings and found objects. These materials range from being made of plastic and acrylic to glass and precious stones. I use all types of glues as resins as adhesives.

Today, Chris works full-time designing and sculpting modern prayer wheels for his company: "Axis of Hope™." His prayer wheels have been revolving and evolving at public exhibits across the west: American Craft Council Exhibition of Fine Craft in San Francisco, Sun Valley Center Idaho Arts and Crafts Festival, Best of the Northwest Shows in Portland and Seattle, and "Ashes to Art: Funerary Art," San Francisco and Philadelphia.

Artist: Colleen Mauer Designs
Designer Colleen Mauer's creative venture began on a cluttered desk in San Francisco, where she continues to create her layered necklaces, dangled earrings and overlapping bracelets. Her pieces are composed of brightly pigmented beads, lively semi-precious stones and the occasional unique pendant, and are accented softly with sterling silver wire and other findings.

I love to collage and make zines. i use scraps of paper both vintage and modern. i love bus transfers, maps, the insides of envelopes, old sheet music, vintage ads and paper that just catches my eye. i especially love using recycled materials in my collages.

The Polaroid SX-70 manipulation process initially attracted me because of its semblance to painting, which allows me to physically interact with the medium. The resulting images have a beguiling ambiguity/duality between photography and painting, realism and impressionism.
I have worked in this technique since 1984. Over that time I have exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in galleries, universities, museums, as well as major art festivals around the country and have won over 100 major awards.

Born and raised in San Francisco, I work in Oakland and live in Berkeley, California. Pretty much self-taught, I have over seven years of experience in graphic design. I do a lot of custom design work including wedding invitation collateral and business identities.
What inspires my work? Everything. I look at what surrounds me -- art, music, talented friends, family, organic designs, photos, dogs, old signs, food, paper, architecture, movies, packaging, maps, stickers, and much more.

Hadley Hutton, a native Portlander, works as a freelance illustrator, artist, and children’s book author / illustrator. She is a graduate (with honors) from the San Francisco Art Institute.
Her work is a blend of traditional illustration, painting and collage. Hadley draws inspiration from Asian patterns and motifs as well as Victorian die cuts. Her work explores nature’s beauty, our influence on our surroundings, and our environment's influence on us.
The works are layered with colored pencil and watercolor pencil drawings, ink, archival digital media, pastels and encaustics.
Philosophy: Less is more. (Art supplies are the exception to this rule)
