Fine Art Color PhotographyArtist: Fine Art Color Photography
Zeny began his fine art photography career by photographing France and Spain in 1967. His professional time was divided between commercial pictures and fine art until 1984, at which time fine art photography became his sole profession. Unlike many photographers, Zeny personally prints both his color and black & white images to insure the proper interpretation of the original negative.

Zeny was honored June 4, 1990 when Stanford University presented a portfolio of his original photographs of Stanford to President & Mrs. Mikhail Gorbachev as the official gift from Stanford University to the President of the Soviet Union.

Artist: Randy Dana Photography
My floral still life photographs explore relationships of color, form, texture and light. Most recently I have been working with images composed on multiple levels. Subjects arranged on glass, overlay and interact with other subjects, or textured materials, below the reflective surface. Favorite textures have been wonderfully patinaed copper and warm earth toned slate.

My artistic goal has been to create images both interesting and beautiful. I take some time with my compositions. I keep a "palette" of subjects in mind, fruit and flowers of the season, interesting containers and most recently richly textured surfaces.

Chris DahlquistArtist: Chris Dahlquist
My current work pushes beyond the basics of photography while echoing the traditional processes of tin-type and daguerreotype. Using a modern technique of Polaroid Emulsion Transfer, I combine my images with metal surfaces; aluminum and copper. There is a harmony of opposites created as the exact and precise discipline of photography gives way to intuition and chance. I define feminine imagery with a torch and place ethereal images on indelible metal. Unlike traditional photography no two pieces can every be identical.

My most recent copper work incorporates another visual layer by adding mathematical equations, creative writing from my childhood, and reading primers for a body of work titled "Reading, Writing and Arithmetic." This once again combines my love of education with the photography I have loved since childhood. To see my most recent work please come see me at a show.

Jim Emery PhotographyArtist: Jim Emery Photography
Jim Emery has a passion for photography and digital imaging. While he works full-time for a major airline in the Washington DC region, much of his spare time is spent developing his photographic vision. Glenna Evans PhotographyArtist: Glenna Evans Photography
I have a fascination with rich, unusual color, movement, and energy. My subject entices me to reveal its mysteries. For example, tulips in early morning light glow. So I photograph them in a way to capture that essence. The wonderful shapes and forms of dahlias have a unique energy. Some petals appear to dance. Others mimic a pile of carrot curls, or shavings. Still others appear to be sea anemones or even static electricity. These close-up and personal sessions reveal the spirit, essence, and energy many usually miss.

Using a 35mm camera, I shoot close-up with a macro lens and varied depth of field or multiple exposures. If film was used, the original slides are scanned. Digital darkroom work is done with Photoshop. The finished images are Fuji Crystal Archive photographs produced using a LightJet – essentially a digital enlarger with normal photographic chemistry and paper. These archival photographs are sold in limited editions of 150 or less, inclusive of all sizes, signed and numbered.

Greg Gawlowski PhotographyArtist: Greg Gawlowski Photography
I began my career in photography studying Photojournalism, earning a degree from the University of Oregon in Eugene. My first travel overseas, though, sparked an interest in capturing scenes in foreign lands that continues to this day.

I have traveled extensively in the last two decades throughout Europe and North America. As a travel photographer, I search not only for beautiful scenes, but ones that demonstrate the themes I strive to communicate. Many people comment on the spiritual nature of my work, and I can only attribute such a compliment to the scenes I'm fortunate enough to witness.

I have been working professionally as a travel photographer for 20 years, and am regularly published by calendar, poster, and magazine publishers throughout the country. Additionally, my work is exhibited in galleries in California and held in numerous private collections in the United States and abroad.

Audrey Heller PhotographsArtist: Audrey Heller Photographs
Audrey Heller has been showing her distinctive and playful photos since 1996. Drawing from her training as a director and lighting designer for theater, and her love of overlooked details and visual puns, her body of work took shape. The little guys quickly found a big following.

There is something very familiar about the image of being tiny in a giant environment, and something inspiring, as well as humorous, about seeing such serious and industrious workers and explorers take on the daunting tasks that they face.
